This beautiful wooded preserve located in the high Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California offers fun and adventure for all ages. We have rental boats on our beautiful 23 acres along with, a lake, swimming, fishing, paint ball course, hiking and mountain biking are available. For those who like to take a risk, gambling at BoomTown or Lake Tahoe are just a short drive from the preserve.

For those who are looking for some rest and relaxation you can find a quiet place on our lake’s sandy beach to read a book, go bird watching (eagles, hawks, geese, woodpeckers, and snowy egrets have all been spotted), or just enjoy the scenery of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
